1-2 Tablespoons California Balsamic Peach or Simply Lemon Vinegar
Roasted Japanese Sweet Potato with Macerated Berries
Curried Broccoli Rice
2 cups of cooked rice
12 ounces of steamed broccoli
1/4 cup Golden raisins
2 ions, chopped
2 tablespoon California Balsamic Curry vinegar (or more to taste)
Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
Place berries on top of the sweet potato and enjoy.
To make the macerated berries take one cup of small wild blueberries and mix in 1 Tablespoon of Raspberry California Balsamic vinegar. Leave in refrigerator several hours or overnight. If you would like to thicken this add 1-2 teaspoons of chia seeds
