I am joined on this trip with Bryce Newbold, Dan Becker, Amy Routt, and Huck Outdoors for a 20 mile loop around the Needles District of Canyonlands National Park. We spend the first day hiking into Lost Canyon where we camp at campsite LC3. Day 2 we exit Lost Canyon and make our way into Elephant Canyon where we drop packs and hike 2 miles to Druid Arch. After the arch we found a very necessary water source and exited the canyon to get into Chessler Park, where we camped night 2 at CP5.

I had a blast hiking with good people in a beautiful place. Canyonlands in the winter is pretty special and having much of it to ourselves was a treat.
